Premier Inspection Services is a locally owned and family operated Kansas City home inspection company. Since 2006 our home inspectors have been helping home buyers and sellers in the Kansas City Metro Areas. Meet our Home Inspectors

Mark Pence created Premier Inspection Services Inc. in 2006. Mark Pence worked in the residential construction field for 15 years prior to starting the company. Mark still enjoys working with his hands and has done all phases of construction from residential framing, roofing, concrete, drywall, plumbing, electrical (ect). Mark has completely rehabbed over 100 + homes to either property flip, keep as rental property or as a manager for a large real estate investment company. Mark brings his well-rounded experience to every home inspection he performs.

Kathie Pence married Mark Pence in 2005 prior to starting Premier Inspection Services. While raising two wonderful boys Austin & Dominick she helps with managing the office and appointments.
